Suva, Fiji, June 24th, 2023: Bula Outsourcing recently had the honor of participating in the “Clean Up Campaign” at the CWM Hospital, organised by the Colonial War Memorial Board of Visitors, this event marked the second major clean-up of the year, and Bula Outsourcing was thrilled to contribute to the cause. The campaign united 800 people from 25 different groups, reflecting the diversity and enthusiasm of the community, all driven by a common goal.
The clean-up primarily focused on the hospital’s exterior areas, including the gardens, grounds, walls, windows, drains, and pathways. As part of the event, Bula Outsourcing’s team members donned gloves and were assigned gardening and replanting tasks on one side of the hospital.
Reflections on a Successful Campaign:
Team Leader, Esther Batau, shared her thoughts on the successful and worthwhile clean-up campaign. She emphasized that through this initiative, Bula Outsourcing staff demonstrated the profound impact of even the smallest acts of kindness and service. Their actions had a ripple effect, spreading positivity and inspiring others to follow suit.
Ms. Batau further highlighted that working alongside fellow staff made her realised the power of teamwork and collective effort.
